A newborn baby is born in Bethlehem, and is declared the Messiah. Jewish insiders like King Herod couldn’t see it, but outsiders like the Magi who traveled from the east, following a star, could. God’s work is surprising. Are our hearts and minds open to the surprising work God continues to do today?
